Emma Wallace

   

Emma Wallace Emma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She also holds a Certificate in Coaching, accredited by Middlesex University and recognised by the Association for Coaching. She is a member of the Society for Coaching Psychology, an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and a Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.

Emma is attuned to the objectives of the SGCP and is committed to applying psychologically grounded techniques for business and personal improvement. Her aim is to contribute towards the development of coaching psychology and her areas of interest include the use of cognitive behavioural techniques and psychological tools in coaching as well as finding ways to demonstrate a return on the coaching investment.

Emma has been offering business psychology services since 1994. She runs Business Psychology in Practice, offering professional services in individual, team and organisational development, selection and assessment and coaching. In her coaching work with both private and corporate clients, she is keen to help individuals lead happier and more productive lives and firmly believes that the science of coaching psychology is essential to her work.
