Stephen Palmer This article describes Resilience Undermining Thinking, Resilience Enhancing Thinking and Resilience Enhancing Imagery (REI). REI is a cognitive-imaginal technique. It can help coachees, clients or trainees tackle situations or on-going events that lower their resilience and increase stress. It can be used specifically in coaching, sports, training or counselling settings and integrated within other forms of coaching.
