Claire is a business psychologist who has worked in the field of learning and development for over 15 years working with clients in commercial, not for profit and local government organisations.
Prior to this she gained business experience in health and leisure, recruitment and headhunting and management consultancy.
Claire has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the Open University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of East London as well as coaching and psychometrics qualifications. She has recently authored a chapter on ethics and ethical codes for Supervision in Coaching published by the Association for Coaching/ Kogan Page (2011) and has presented on the subject of coaching at conferences including the 2010 Institute of Work Psychology conference.
