Jeremy specialises in senior management coaching, both with individuals, and leadership teams; and in designing and facilitating senior management and organisation-wide change programmes.

He has a wide range of international experience as a practitioner / consultant in both the private and public sector, across a range of multinationals, more entrepreneurial and creative businesses, and major professional services businesses.

His background began with a professional interest in Economics; which was extended to a multidisciplinary approach through my professional interest in Psychology. His main focus is the use of ‘ Development Centre ‘ methodologies, including strong emphasis on Team and Individual Coaching. Understanding of the context ( eg of Business and Organisational Knowledge ) is an important feature in his work.

Jeremy is a Chartered Psychologist with interests in various Society Divisions/Interest Groups,( for example, the qualitative methods in Psychology Section). His experience working as an Assessor for the Society CPD scheme has been especially valuable, and insightful, into how the practice of Psychology currently operates.

Jeremy’s interest in the SGCP is based on he advantages for Peoples’ learning and development when it is focused at an individual level; and which also uses the advantages that skilled personal interaction, coaching, can then bring. His special interest in Psychology was based on the impact, and measurement, of ‘ helper ‘ behaviour in a ‘ helping ‘ process.

He is also interested in the practice, and value, of assessing the nature of Practitioner ‘ experience ‘ / knowledge and skill in a manner that also meets strict Society and Professional standards and requirements.
