Julie Allan is a chartered occupational psychologist who works with individual and organisational change processes, including as a coaching psychologist and supervisor. She has a longstanding interest in ethics as a lived discipline and as a navigational capacity rather than as a policy document.

Her coaching approach draws on gestalt psychology, systemic perspectives and the use of narratives and metaphors, and she has contributed to the field through conference engagements and writing including for the recent Handbook of Coaching Psychology. She is currently researching wisdom in corporate contexts and is committed to enabling the best in others.

Julie is a Director and Partner of Irving Allan, a Member of the Society for Coaching Psychology, a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Member of the Association for Business Psychology.
