Lance Mortimer

Lance Mortimer is a director and co-founder of a mind to perform Ltd (www.amtp.co.uk), a Business and Sport psychology coaching and consultancy firm that works with organisations, athletes and individuals to coach them to realise their true potential. Combining over 25 years experience of working in Finance and Telecoms with large companies such as Barclays Bank, ABB and Cadbury, Lance also has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and is currently on the route to Chartership. His past research interests have led him to look at the effects of Burnout within the workplace as well as the key factors preventing sales people from achieving their true potential. Lance has trained UK public sector groups in Coaching and Effective Leadership and continues to develop training programmes and development tools for business people. Lance maintains a close working relationship with UEL within their Human Capital Performance Group, assisting on a number of exciting coaching projects. He is also developing an innovative coaching tool for the business and sporting arena, which will be launched in 2011.
