The following podcasts include interviews with keynote and invited speakers at the 2nd European Coaching Psychology Conference, December 2009.

Professor Stephen Palmer is Co-Editor of the International Coaching Psychology Review (ICPR) on behalf of the SGCP, and Director of the Coaching Psychology Unit (CPU) at City University. In this video podcast Stephen talks about the growth of the SGCP, the development of coaching psychology globally, and the introduction of further avenues for studying coaching psychology at university level.

Professor Siegfried Greif is a professor at the University of Osnabrük. His main areas of interest are coaching and change management. Siegfried discusses the importance of building the evidence for the success factors of coaching for the credibility of the profession. He discusses the importance of assisting clients with the activation of resources, and with the transfer of intention into action.

Professor Dusan Stojnov is a professor of psychology at the University of Belgrade in Serbia. In this video clip he discusses the emergent use of Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) in Coaching, and how PCP can assist in developing ‘mobility of the mind’ to enable change.
