Stephen Palmer & Christine Dunkley In this article a method of addressing Behaviour Incompatible with Goals (BIG) that can prevent coachees from making progress and achieving their goals will be covered. The methodology is derived from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and adapted to coaching practice. Problems or issues that occur out-of-session are addressed.
