MBTI© types and executive coaching
Jonathan Passmore, Margaret Rawle-Cope, Carla Gibbes & Mark Holloway This paper reviews the outcome of research from the British Psychological Society and Association for Coaching members undertaken in the Autumn of 2005 on coaching behaviour. The focus of this paper is on personality preferences of executive coaches as indicated by the MBTI©. The results suggest potential differences between the MBTI© types of the general population and executive coaches.
