So what is NLP coaching?
Bruce Grimley This article is not a response to the excellent paper by John Rowan (2008), but an attempt to clarify what exactly an NLP coach is. This is a result of being stimulated by his knowledgeable critique concerning the claims of a constructivist base for NLP by some who practice NLP. It is very much a whistle stop tour, however is designed to stimulate some further questions around the nature of NLP coaching. Keywords: constructivist, unconscious, pragmatic, elegance, modelling, NLP. Full article: Volume 5, Issue 2 pages 143 - 145
