A Chartered Psychologist since 1990, Adrian’s experience includes leadership positions in HR and marketing. Having worked across North America, Asia and Europe he has experience of diverse market sectors including FMCG, telecoms, manufacturing, the public sector, retail and financial services including some of the world’s most successful companies such as Unilever and Nokia.
Currently at the forefront of one of the UK’s largest brand driven change projects, for one of its most distinctive high street organisations, Adrian remains passionate about the value of psychology to the creation of sustained organisational success. At the heart of his career lies the application of psychological approaches to the diverse challenges faced by business. His achievements are evident in sustained organisational change and significant marketing success stories around the globe.
A regular contributor at international events, he represented UK industry on the ESRC’s Training Board for a number of years and has co-supervised students pursuing PhDs in both consumer and organisational applications of psychology. Coaching senior executives continues to be a feature of his work and he is committed to promoting the value and centrality of psychology within the coaching industry.
