Philippa Hain

   

Philippa Hain is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has been working with people on a one-to-one and group basis as a coach for 17 years following the completion of her Masters at University of Wales, College of Cardiff. Philippa has worked with a number of executives and managers seeking development and career progression and has also designed and delivered a number of coaching skills programmes. Her experience was gained in both the arena of an Organisational Development Consultancy and a large Professional Services Firm.

Philippa is also a co-editor for the BPS publication ‘Selection and Development Review’ (SDR) and organised a very well received special edition on the topic of coaching.

Philippa has been involved with the SGCP for some time now and was previously their hon sec. She is very passionate about the future of coaching psychology and committed to helping to shape the development of the profession. Philippa is also a moderator of the SGCP E-mail Discussion List and helps as a member of the awards panel.

Philippa lives in Wales with her husband and 2 daughters and when not at her desk can be found pottering in their garden.
