Indrani Choudhury trained and worked as an Educational Psychologist managing the psychological services in a London Borough. While working as an Educational Psychologist, she undertook further training at the Tavistock Clinic as a family therapist. While working with families, she realised that the same psychological frameworks used with families, could be used with other groups in organisations. This sparked off an interest in organisational psychology, and further training. Indrani now works as an independent consultant in the fields of both educational and organisational psychology focusing on coaching. Her coaching work transcends organisational boundaries and involves young people, their families as well as business executives.
Indrani is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society. Indrani is interested in ensuring the SGCP continues to maintain its inclusive approach whilst focussing on the training and development of all its members.
