Conference ReporterJennifer has 15 years' experience in training, consultancy and coaching with public and private sector bodies. She has coached individuals in diverse corporate and personal settings as well as providing training in coaching and mentoring skills for managers. She recently extended her cognitive-behavioural coaching to the niche area of working with parents to improve their experience of parenting.
Jennifer followed her Oxford Law degree with a Masters in Experimental Psychology before taking up a career in training and development. She has undertaken further professional training in Coaching, Stress Management, Rational-Emotive Behavioural Therapy, and Multimodal Therapy & Counselling. Jennifer is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, and Founder Member of the Association for Coaching. She is also Council Member and News & Features Editor for the Institute of Health Promotion and Education and a member of the Experts' Panel on Core Knowledge for the International Stress Management Association UK. Jennifer enjoys taking part in national radio and TV debates, conference speaking & reporting on the subjects of coaching, stress, family life and work-life balance. She lives in Brighton with her husband and two young sons.
