Tatiana is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a PhD from St Petersburg University in Russia. At Oxford Brooks University she is a key player in the coaching and mentoring group that delivers MA and Professional Doctorate programmes. Tatiana is also Course Leader for the postgraduate programme: Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring. She is an active researcher, academic supervisor for postgraduate students and also works as a coaching supervisor.
Tatiana is Co-Editor in Chief for the new journal: Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. She is also a member of the editorial boards of the International Journal of Evidence-Based Coaching and Mentoring and the International Coaching Psychology Review.
Her main motivation for being on SGCP Committee is to contribute to the promotion of quality research in Coaching Psychology as well as in Coaching and Mentoring.
