Zorica Patel acquired her first degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade. After moving to the UK, she gained a Psychology degree from the Open University. She obtained her MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from UEL in 2004. She is a Practitioner in Training working towards chartered status within the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP), as well as an active member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology and the 16PF Users’ Group. Zorica will also deliver a workshop within the DOP ‘Learning a Living’ 2007 Programme of Workshops.
Her current post as a Visiting Lecturer at the Westminster University involves lecturing modules for ‘Interpersonal Skills for Business’ and HRM at undergraduate and ‘People Management and Development’ at postgraduate level. Zorica completed her studies on 'Positive Impact Coaching' at the Newcastle College in November 2006 and she sees her future career development in the arena of performance coaching.
Zorica is happy to take an active role as a member of the PDTEM Subcommittee and utilise her knowledge and skills of Occupational Psychology and Coaching, as well as her teaching experience and highly developed cross-cultural skills.
