Professor Stephen Palmer recently announced that ‘Coaching has come of age’, opening his foreword to Psychometrics in Coaching, the second book from the Association for Coaching, published in February, 2008.
Just as the wider field of coaching now packs a fair punch with its psychological underpinnings, coaching psychology continues to reveal more depth in both its art and science. At this latest conference, a wealth and diversity of knowledge, experience and insight was shared, with humanity and good humour.
