The workshop is based on transferable coaching skills for application to international business organizations. This interactive Webinar will provide opportunities to explore and discuss the following issues:

• What are the culturally appropriate and transferable coaching skills?
• How do we apply solution-focused and context-based coaching?
• How can psychology and allied theories actually contribute to our understanding of business coaching in a global context?
• What measures can we use to evaluate the effectiveness of international business coaching?
  

There will also be an opportunity for a question and answer session during the Webinar.

Participants will also be introduced to:

• Context in coaching, coaching language and communication styles
• Practical ways of working with coachees focusing on culturally appropriate and transferable skills
  

Dr Manfusa Shams is an experienced psychologist with excellent skills in online presentation. She is a chartered psychologist, a chartered scientist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She has edited a book on international business and published a number of journal articles. Dr. Shams is a consulting editor for The Coaching Psychologist. She is also a member of the BPS SGCP.
