Julie Allan C Psychol is a coach and consultant to organisations, an educator, supervisor and speaker. She serves on the BPS Ethics Committee, as Social Policy and Ethics Liaison for the Special Group in Coaching Psychology and is a director of Irving Allan change consultancy. Her writing includes chapters on Ethics and Gestalt, and ethics page in The Coaching Psychologist. Researching wisdom in corporate contexts, her work enables people to make their best and unique contributions. Dr Richard Kwiatkowski C Psychol is a practicing psychologist and has been involved in coaching since 1987. He is a senior Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management, one of Europe’s top business schools. He was a founder member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology. He is a current member and former Chair of the BPS Ethics Committee, a panel member and visitor for the Health Professions Council, and Chair of the appeals panel for the World Association of Business Coaches.
